CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?
In Martingales Bella Necklaces, we manufacture our products to order, so we do not accept returns unless the item is defective, or the size is not correct.
WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO MAKE A RETURN?
The deadline for exchange or return is 10 days from when the item is received.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
You can request the return through our email pedidos@collaresmartingalesbella.es. You will have to state the reasons for the return. The products must be in perfect condition.
IS THERE A COST FOR MY RETURN?
Returns for defective or erroneous products are always free, including shipping costs that will be paid by Collares Martingales Bella once we verify the defective product.
In the event that the product has to be changed due to a failure of yours to provide us with the size, or the type of necklace, the shipping costs for the return and the new shipment will be borne by the customer.
